Use of This Site

All content on this website—including text, images, software, and product information—is the property of Hybrid CNC Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of this site without written consent. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to written acceptance. Custom machinery orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Production or dispatch will not begin until full payment or an agreed deposit is received. Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or quote.

Lead Times and Delivery

Lead times are provided in good faith and may change based on configuration, availability, or third-party delays. Delivery is kerbside only unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for access, offloading, and installation. Hybrid CNC is not liable for delays caused by incorrect site information or restricted access.

Returns and Refunds

All equipment sales are final and non-returnable due to their custom-built nature. Standard stocked spare parts may be returned within 30 days, subject to written approval, unused condition, original packaging, and a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty

Hybrid CNC machines include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers replacement of defective components caused by manufacturing faults and includes remote diagnostic support. Labour, travel, or on-site servicing is not included unless otherwise stated. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, or third-party components is not covered. Claims must be submitted with written notice and supporting evidence.

Support and Training

All machines include remote onboarding support. Optional on-site setup, training, and service packages are available on request. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that operators are properly trained and that maintenance is carried out routinely.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary technologies including IntelliCut™, AutoStart™, ToolSync™, and GraniteCore™ are owned by Hybrid CNC Ltd and protected under copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, redistribution, or adaptation of these technologies without permission is strictly prohibited.

Submissions

If you provide files, drawings, reviews, or feedback, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so. You grant Hybrid CNC a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purpose of providing support or service. We accept no responsibility for checking intellectual property ownership of submitted content.

Force Majeure

Hybrid CNC is not liable for any delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, or supply chain issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the English courts.
